Buffalo DWI Lawyer Discusses a Hardship License
I am often asked as a Buffalo DWI Lawyer on how to obtain a hardship license in New York State. A hardship license is different from a conditional or restricted license. These are only available within three days of your DWI arraignment. This is not a guarantee, and only is determined by the court or judge. I advise clients that you will only be able to drive to and from work for 30 days. However, if you have refused a breathalyzer test or have had another alcohol related conviction in the last five years, you will not be offered this opportunity.
If you have been convicted of DWI and are in need of a hardship license, contact Attorney Arthur Pressman to be your ticket to justice!
