How can I obtain a restricted or conditional license when my license has been suspended?

I am frequently asked as a Buffalo DWI Lawyer about restricted or conditional licenses and how to obtain them when you had your license suspended.  If you attend a DDP program that the DMV offers, they will offer you a conditional license.  You will be able to drive to work, drive to school, and you can even have time set to run personal errands.  I advise clients as a Buffalo DWI Lawyer that if you drive outside these hours or you drive for pleasure to a bar or friends house, you will commit a new infraction and you then could lose your license again.
