If you attend a DDP program that the DMV offers, they will offer you a conditional license.  You will be able to drive to work, drive to school, and you can even have time set to run personal errands.  I advise clients as a Buffalo DWI Lawyer that if you drive outside these hours or you drive for pleasure to a bar or friends house, you will commit a new infraction and you then could lose your license again.

If you have been charged with DWI and would like to obtain a restricted or conditional license in New York, contact Attorney Arthur Pressman for dedicated representation.
