Buffalo Criminal Defense Lawyer Discusses Violations

As an experienced Buffalo Criminal Defense Lawyer I am often asked about violations.  In New York State the penile law is divided into three main categories, felony, misdemeanor, and violation of law. The violation of law is not a criminal offense. Typical examples of a violation of law would be disorderly conduct or harassment. If you are convicted of disorderly conduct or harassment in New York State, you are not guilty of a crime and you will not have a criminal record.

Were you charged with a violation of the law?  If so, contact experienced Buffalo Criminal Defense Lawyer Arthur Pressman.
