Youthful Offender Eligibility Status

I was recently asked as an experienced Buffalo Criminal Defense Attorney about a client’s  youthful offender eligibility status for a crime.  Give our office a call today to learn more.

If the offender is 19 years or younger and charged with a criminal charge in New York, you may be eligible for youthful offender status.  I advise clients as a Buffalo Criminal Defense Attorney that if the court finds you eligible, your criminal conviction will be annulled and you will no longer have a record.  However, you could still see fines and some penalties after being found guilty.
