Hamburg DWI Lawyer Discusses the Chance of Losing Your Job
Are you worried about if there is a chance of losing your job as a result of a DWI? If so, contact our Hamburg DWI Lawyer Arthur Pressman.
As an experienced Hamburg DWI Lawyer I am often asked if one can lose their job as a result of a DWI. Recently I was representing a doctor who was arrested in the town of Hamburg for a DWI. He was concerned about his professional license. If you are convicted of a criminal offense in New York State, it is up to your own licensing board or association to determine what the penalties are. New York State in and of itself does not sanction or penalize someone who has a professional license for getting a conviction.
